MODEL HOME AT SAUNDERS LAKE
Minnetrista, Minnesota
Positioned on a wooded lot, the client desired a light-filled and modestly scaled home of 3,500 finished square feet on the main two floors. The design resolved scale and massing by including finished living space above the garage and by housing much of the second floor space below a steep roof that springs from the first floor porch line. Use of an open floor plan, careful positioning of the screen porch and use of strategic window placements keep the interiors light and airy.
