STONEMILL FARMS COMMUNITY BUILDING

The Stonemill Farms Community Building was designed to serve as a community gathering center for a 1200 unit housing development in Woodbury, Minnesota. The building was planned to integrate within a master planned "Commons" area which included other community amenities (pools, playgrounds, picnic shelters, ponds) networked via a trail system. The building includes a meeting hall, an administrative office, lobby / library spaces, a fitness center, a warming room for the adjacent hockey rink and a 32 seat movie theater.
